1. Do you offer custom-made wedding gowns?
While we don’t create fully custom-made gowns, all the dresses in our collection are designed by Lena and can be customized to meet your specific needs. Whether it's adjusting the neckline, adding sleeves, or modifying the length of the train, we're happy to help create your dream dress.

 

2. Your Book an Appointment process is asking me to consent to email promotions, what do you do with that information?
That is an automated message through our booking software.  We only ask for your email (and phone number) as a point of contact to confirm appointments or to delivery any other information to only pertains to your appointment or gown order.  When your gown arrives we will contact you via phone and email.  We never send out promotional garbage or sell your contact information.

Our suggestion to all newly engaged couples is to setup an email address that is strictly wedding related.  This way, after the wedding you can deactivate (or ignore) the account and not be bothered by spam and other emails that will be irrelevant once you are married.

 

3. What should I bring to my appointment?
Just bring yourself, your loved ones and any clear-colored beverage of your choice!  We do not serve the alcohol, but we do have disposable cups, napkins and a drink cart for your use.

 

Some brides bring undergarments and accessories they plan to wear on their wedding day, but it is personal preference and isn't necessary. 

 

4. Can I bring guests to my appointments?
Absolutely! We understand that choosing a wedding gown is a special moment, and you may want to share it with loved ones. We can comfortably fit up to 6 guests in our private bridal room.

 

5. How much do your wedding gowns cost?
Our gowns range in price depending on the design, fabric, and level of customization. Most gowns are priced between $1,500 and $7,500, however, we do have sample sale gowns between $1,200 and $1,800. On average, our brides spend between $1,900 - $3,000 when you include accessories. 

6. How far in advance should I order my wedding gown?
We recommend ordering your gown at least 8-9 months before your wedding date. This allows ample time for any customizations, fittings, and alterations.

7. Do you offer rush orders?
Yes, we can accommodate rush orders depending on the time frame and gown availability. Please contact us as soon as possible if you require a rush order.

 

8. What is your return/exchange policy?
Due to the made-to-order nature of our gowns, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We recommend discussing all customization options and making decisions carefully during the consultation.
